We look after websites for small businesses, and we also help those businesses get found on Google and in AI search results. Most of our clients came to us because they did not have the time to manage a website themselves, and they wanted one team who would handle the technical work and the content together.

This page explains each service in plain terms, including what we do every month and what it costs, so you can read through it and decide which level of help your business actually needs.

A new website, built free when you commit for a year

If you need a new website, we will build it for you at no upfront cost when you commit to Website Care for 12 months. The site is built from one of our own templates, and the template is only the starting point. What matters is the architecture underneath it, because we build every site on a proper structure with sensible page order, clear headings, fast loading, accessible design and the technical foundations that search engines and AI search tools need in order to understand your business. We then customise the site with your branding, your words and your photos, so the finished website is properly yours. The details, including what happens if you ever need to leave early, are agreed with you in writing before we start.

With this service we write four posts a month for you, and we plan the topics together in advance, so the content builds on itself instead of appearing at random.

Some businesses win their customers locally, through Google Maps and through searches where people are looking for a service near them. The services below are for those businesses, and they focus on the details that decide whether a nearby customer finds you or finds another business instead. Each local plan starts with a one time setup of €299, and we waive that fee when you commit to six months with us.

Paid advertising, when you need customers sooner

Search rankings take time to build, and some businesses cannot wait for that. If you need enquiries sooner, we can also plan and manage advertising for you on Google and on Meta, which covers Facebook and Instagram. You stay in control of the budget at all times, because your advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta and never passes through us.

Campaign setup

€299 per channel, one time

We set up your advertising account properly, we connect the tracking that shows where your enquiries come from, and we build your first campaigns with you.

Monthly management

€249 per month, one channel

We look after your campaigns each month, which includes checking the search terms people used, improving the wording of your adverts, and sending you a report that explains what your money produced. When we manage both Google and Meta for you, the management price is €399 per month for the two channels together.

Your advertising budget

Paid by you, directly

We usually suggest a starting budget of around €500 per month, because a smaller budget produces too little information for anyone to manage the advertising honestly.

AI visibility, as an add-on to any plan

More people now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews for recommendations instead of scrolling through search results, and the businesses those tools mention are the ones they can understand and trust. This work is called generative engine optimisation and answer engine optimisation, and we offer it as an add-on to any of our plans, because it builds on the website and content that we already look after for you.

AI Visibility Add-on

€149 per month

For businesses already on one of our plans. We track whether the main AI tools mention and cite your business, we keep your schema and machine readable files maintained, and we keep your existing pages ready to be quoted by AI search.

AI Visibility, standalone

€399 per month

For businesses that are not on another plan with us. This includes everything in the add-on, plus two pieces of content each month that are written to be cited by AI tools. A one time setup of €499 applies at the start.

AI Visibility Audit

€349, one time

We check how your business appears in AI search today and give you a written report of what we find and what we would fix. If you continue with us afterwards, we take the full audit price off your first invoice.

Top Tier, Application Only

Managed Digital Presence

This is the highest level of service that we offer, and we only provide it to a small number of businesses at a time, because we run their whole online presence and that takes real time and attention. It includes the managed website, the regular content, the local search work and the work that helps your business appear in AI search results, and we bring all of it together in one plan. We also meet with you each month to go through the results and agree on the next steps. Because the places are limited, this service starts with an application, and the pricing is agreed individually with each business, because the right level of work depends on what that business actually needs. If we do not believe that we can genuinely help your business grow, we will tell you that honestly.

Every service includes the one below it, so if you decide later that you need more help, you can move up with a single message, and nothing has to be rebuilt.

All prices are shown without VAT, which is added where it applies. Our content, local and advertising plans run for a minimum of three months, because this kind of work needs time to produce honest results.

Our standard plans are priced for looking after a website of up to 50 published pages in total, counting pages, posts and products together. Larger websites are very welcome, and if your website is bigger than that, we will count it with you and agree any large site fee in writing before your plan starts, so there are no surprises later. Our SEO and AI visibility work is done page by page, so each plan focuses on an agreed set of priority pages rather than every page of a large website.
